SELLING INSTRUCTIONS
When you want to sell your unit at Westwind 1 please
help us by understanding first that we will try our best, but we can not
assure anyone of a quick sale. It will help for us to know that your unit
is not either space banked or rented prior to listing. You must also have
your fees paid up to date and be sure we have the proper mailing address
and phone numbers to reach you if we find a buyer. We will need to know
the price you want for your unit and if you decide to keep the unit,
please let us know that also.
I am often asked "what price should I ask for my
unit ?', my response is going to be based on what like time and unit
numbers are listed for. So check the web site and set your price
accordingly.
Again, we will do everything we can to help.
To List a Timeshare For Sale
Your unit cannot be either space banked or rented prior to listing

We need your Name and the week & unit # 's you wish to sell
Be sure we have the proper mailing address and phone numbers to reach you if we find a buyer
