Westwind Club is offering time-share interests in unit 22 available for purchase.

It should be noted that unit 22 has been rented for a few weeks in 2006 and we will not accept any further rentals after week 34 (Aug 26^th to Sep 02, 2006).  If you purchase a week that has been rented for 2006 you will be informed and you will receive the rent less the Club’s normal commission.  Otherwise you may withdraw your offer to purchase.
